Challenge Overview
The objective of the SRM Toolkit application is to build on the existing framework of the ACCET toolkit iPad application and develop a more interactive online platform that can be accessed via desktop or mobile device and provide users with the ability to browse and interact with the various SRM methodologies, tools and templates.
We wish to achieve the following goals:
- Update the existing ACCET iPad toolkit to reflect the changes made to the SRM methodologies, tools and templates from the previous version
- Create a web-based application that enables users to browse the SRM methodologies in an interactive way and view and download the Excel / Word based tools and templates that support the methodologies
- Enable specific graphics in the methodologies to be animated / interactive – building based on defined scripts and user interaction
- Create an impressive graphical presentation and user interface that will differentiate the materials from typical ‘business process’ presentation
- Create a content management system (CMS) to manage user access and to be able to create & edit dynamic content.
The platforms that must be covered as part of this project include:
- iOS (iPad)
- Web application – standard website
- Mobile Web application – must have a dynamic layout that will resize based on mobile device resolution (ex. iPhone and iPad, or Android phone and Android tablet).
