TOP integrates strategic guidance for Sales Managers into the Sales Territory definition, Incentives and Quota deployment process. It provides a simple easy way for Managers to make sales territory design decisions and to capture these sales territories for the basis for quotas. TOP supports Sales Managers to utilise the simple business constructs such as Clients, Industries and Geographic areas to Sales Territories in their Sales Territory Design. TOP provides Sales Managers with proven guidance on how to design sales territories to increase seller productivity and drive revenue growth.
