Challenge Overview
Our enterprise uses Google Apps for calendaring and all our conference rooms and visitor cubes are managed with Google calendars. Currently an employee needs to go back to their office or open their laptop to see if a conference room or cube is available. It would be much simpler to use a mobile device to check.
Use cases:
- An employee walks by a conference room and needs to know if it is available.
- Are there any visitor cubes around me that are available?
- What other meetings are going on in this conference room today or at X date.
- An employee finds a conference room or visitor cube and want to reserve it. When reserving the room, the user may want to setup the meeting with other rooms and individuals.
