Challenge Overview
TopCoder is re-designing the main website and focusing on visitor conversions. (We want to make sure people are finding what they need to find). Before we release the NEW site, we would like to know how the old one has performed so we can measure the success of the upcoming site against the detailed performance of the old site. The output of this contest will be a baseline analysis of our Google Analytics. Before we can start experimenting with new content and our new site, we must first know how the existing pages and content are performing – that is where you come in!
We are opening up our Google Analytics and giving you access and this contest is all about you telling us what we should be measuring, testing against and re-measuring. Are you up for this creative and analytical challenge!?
