Challenge Summary

Welcome back to GRAT Project. This is the second wireframes contest for GRAT application project. The previous contest can be found here :

GRAT here is an acronyms of Global Revenue Allocation Tool Database. The goal of this project is to create new application for manage assessment of contracts and all related documentation in our client company. This new application will be used world wide by Accounting and Finance/Pricing employees. This new application will be replacing the old application (existing) created using Lotus Notes which has number of limitation. Other reason for replacing the current application is to ensure continued compliance with the rules and guidelines mandated by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). We already have initial wireframes that covers general user scenario, this contest purpose is to create other use case that not yet added to wireframes from our conceptualization documents.

At the end of this contest, we are looking an HTML wireframes  that showing a new workflow for the application and can be use as suggestion for the next development phase.

- BluePages Manager (4.4.37 – 4.4.39)
- WWRSP Accounting Team User (4.4.51)
- Second Level Support User (4.4.55)
- Auditor User (4.4.54)

All use case as required in contest details with clients feedback applied


The current GRAT Application in our client company was built using Lotus Note Software which has number of limitations such as management limitations, reporting and export limitation, unfriendly user interface, it works slow because database limitation, and required a lot of user input for a large number of tasks. In this contest, we need your help to create from scratch the new application workflow scenario to enhance application usability, increase effectiveness, flexibility and make  user easier to use the application through some new functionality like file upload, etc.

We already have initial wireframes that covers all general user scenario, In this contest we need your  help to create other user scenario that not yet being added into the wireframes, These are the other user scenario that needs to be creates :
1.    Geo Focals User (4.4.33 – 4.4.36)  
2.    Application Admin User (4.4.40 – 4.4.50)
3.    BluePages Manager (4.4.37 – 4.4.39)
4.    Access Admin User (4.4.52 – 4.4.53)
5.    WWRSP Accounting Team User (4.4.51)
6.    Second Level Support User (4.4.55)
7.    Auditor User (4.4.54)
Important : 7 user aboves inherit all general user scenario flow that already exist in the wireframes, you’re gonna need to embed general user flow into all 7 users above.   

BRANDING GUIDELINES :

There will be 2 kind of audiences that will use this application, which are :
-    Accounting Employees
-    Finance/Pricing Employees

Judging Criteria
Your submission will be judged on the following criteria:
-    User Experience
-    Completeness and accuracy of the wireframe as defined in the requirements.
-    How well your wireframes provide a consistent user flow
-    How well you implement the required data and any suggestions, interactions and user flow you recommend (provide any notes or comments for the client)

Submission & Source Files
Preview Image
Create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Generated HTML files with all the requested contest requirements stated above.

Source Files
Wireframes should be built in Axure. The resulting files should have generated HTML files. Also, all the content must be listed and the pages are linked together to show page flow.

Final Fixes
As part of the Final Fix phase, you may be asked to remove, update, or change some features of the wireframe.

Stock Photography

How To Submit

  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.
