Challenge Summary

The Electronic Service Call application (ESC+) gives IBM customers the ability to place and monitor only hardware service requests electronically. This website will benefit you by reducing the time spent in voice communication with IBM placing service requests, monitoring status, canceling a service request, or providing additional information.

We are currently in the process of converting the current ESC+ application to v17 standards (The new style used in www.ibm.com).

By following the new v17 standards, the various view request pages (open, closed, etc) requires the user to horizontally scroll (see attached screens). We'd like your creative ideas to make them fit in the standard ibm.com page width.
