Challenge Summary

Welcome to Gmail Archiver Storyboard. The main goal of this contest is to create storyboards for 9 pages from the attached Gmail Archiver Wireframes. Gmail Archiver is a web-based Google application that will allow archiving of mails in Gmail.

Client of this project has internal employees that use Gmail for their email needs.  However, some of these employees have been reaching the 25 GB storage limit imposed by Gmail. So they have decided to create Gmail Archiver application that will allow employees to archive / store their email messages to a cloud-based (online) repository with virtually no storage restrictions. See below for the screens to be designed.

Round 1

We are looking for your Initial Page Designs solutions for Client Review.

Round 2

Gmail Archiver application will allow employees to archive / store their email messages to a cloud-based (online) repository with virtually no storage restrictions. Email can be archived by clicking on “More” menu in Gmail. Users will be able to select which emails to archive, and using the Gmail Archiver they will be able to view these emails or restore them, so they’re available in their actual Gmail accounts again. When user loads Gmail Archiver they will be able to see main dashboard which will include recent activities, archive request history (with statuses), the remaining storage space in their Gmail account, activities the user still needs to complete, and alerts (both broadcast alerts and system alerts). The dashboard will also include options available to the user based on their user role (End-User, Archive Admin and eDiscovery Analyst).
