Challenge Overview
The PAO web applications have several static html pages that need to be migrated to the IBM V17 standard. The files are localized and hence the localization must be preserved. The attached archive has two primay folders : help and passport. The passport folder had additional folders for several locales. This file structure must also be preserved.
