Challenge Overview
TopCoder wishes to deploy the competitions engine for Marathon Match contests to Cloud environment, so we can improve and properly test the whole system without touching the production environment.
For the last competition, we have figured out the normal usage of the Competition Engine VM, but when creating a sample marathon problem in MPSQAS and trying to compile the testing code, it won't get compiled.
