Challenge Overview
TopCoder wishes to deploy the competitions engine for Marathon Match contests to Cloud environment, so we can improve and properly test the whole system without touching the production environment.
For the last competition, we have figured out the normal usage of the Competition Engine VM and successfully compile and test solution using Java, Python and C++, but we unable to compile/test any C#/VB solution in Arena, due to the missing of Windows Tester. For this contest, we are going to figure out the way to setup a windows tester and registers to farm controller.
