Challenge Overview
A Co Pilot is requested to run a series of contests for the following project;
The iBAT application must become compliant with IBM’s Web Standard v17. To meet the goal, the application will leverage the recent, but not yet implemented (as of August 2012), iBAT Brazil release. Brazil provides the starting point (as it was constructed as v17 compliant) from which a new ‘global’ Common Reporting environment is be constructed – hereafter within this document referred to as “Common Env”.
