The copilot posting section consist of 4 tabs, they are "Details", "Registrants", "Submission" and "Receipt". Following are details pages that need to be revamped. Please use attached GUI PSD kit for any elements in your submission so it will consistent with the current look and feel of the Cockpit.

1. The Dashboard, this is the top part of copilot posting section to replace the current statistic table. See Dashboard.png for the sample of the dashboard.

  • The timeline section will contain only registration, submission and review phase.
  • Keep registration and forum box as shown in dashboard.png.
  • Add a specific box to display next action, this could be a link or a button, they are "Activate Copilot Posting" and "Pick Up Your Copilot". Only one of them will be shown at one time, it depends on current phase of copilot posting. "Activate Copilot Posting" button will be shown before Registration phase and "Pick Up Your Copilot" will be shown at Review phase. Show both states in your submission.
  • Add a specific box to display general copilot stats. The stats are "Project Type", "Required Experience", "Budget" and "Project Duration". Design a view button to display the description of each stats when its data contain too much text.

2. The Registration and Submission tab.

  • Redesign new layout to replace the current table.
  • User's avatar should be displayed like in copilot pool page.
  • Add following information:
    • Copilot name, copilot country and his timezone, copilot's fulfillment. Copilot fulfillment should be colored according to fulfillment range. Fulfillment colors and their ranges are black (n/a), red (96% - 100%), yellow (91% - 95%), blue (81% - 90%), green (71% - 80%) and gray (<= 70%).
    • The current workload of the copilot. This includes the number of current contest and number of current projects.
    • A set of project type this copilot has worked on.

3. The submission page need to display the pickup copilot and pickup second place button. We want these buttons to be fancy looking and intuitive for client user. The choosen copilot should be highlighted in some way in the submission page after the copilot posting review phase.

4. Redesign the current copilot posting icon so it look more beautiful and intuitive. You do not neet to follow the flat and black/white style of current icon, but you should follow general color schema of the cockpit. For reference the current icon is put in contest document.
