Challenge Overview
The client for this project is TopCoder. TopCoder owns an application called Cockpit where clients, project managers, and copilots can create and manage projects. Project related discussions are currently facilitated by a separate forum application (also owned by TopCoder).
Many users (clients / PMs / copilots) are involved with multiple projects and multiple contests that run simultaneously. Posts are frequently made across different project and contest specific forums, and it can be difficult for users to monitor and reply to all of them.
