Challenge Overview
Client's enterprise uses Google Apps for calendaring and uses Webex for conferencing. Currently if a person wants to use Webex in their meeting, they need to create the meeting in the Google calendar, then go to the Webex interface and create the meeting, then go back to the Google invite and add the Webex information. If the meeting changes that whole workflow need to be done again. We want to be able to add, update, or remove Webex meetings from without having to go into the Webex interface and just stay within the Google calendar. Update the calendar invite and the Webex portion of the meeting magically gets updated.
