Challenge Overview
Rewrite package GLMNET in R. R is an open source statistical platform and language. R is a highly extensible platform. Every library, even the intrinsic ones, can be modified and compiled at run time. We are asking the community to specificly customize the GLMNET package within R to meet our custom requirements.
