Challenge Overview
The Electronic Service Call application (ESC+) gives IBM customers the ability to place and monitor only hardware service requests electronically. This website will benefit you by reducing the time spent in voice communication with IBM placing service requests, monitoring status, canceling a service request, or providing additional information.
This contest is going to modify the ESC+ application to support the access of CAIR Business Partner users, they will be able to view CAIR calls related to the ECI ID that they are mapped to and will not have permission to modify or create calls - all the information will be available as read-only. The application's look and feel will not be affected.
