Challenge Overview
This development specification describes a component piece of the IBM Territory Optimi-zation (TOP) project. The TOP Project consists of a Web user interface connected to a backend DB2 9.7 database.
This specification will cover a User Interface level component and therefore may require access to backend database objects (ie. Services Layer). The Services Layer specification for this UI component will be attached to this specification.
This Specification also includes a Wireframe created by the TopCoder team earlier on the project. The Wireframe can be used for input to the development and a part of this speci-fication.

The purpose of this competition is to implement part of Territory dashboard screen as shown in the wireframes
