Welcome to the TCC Access Database Wireframe Contest. The objective of this contest is to create the HTML wireframes for new TCC Access Database based on provided conceptualization document.

In the end of this contest we are looking for a process flow and layout design of the pages mentioned below that are part of the whole application. This application must be user friendly, intuitive, and easy to use.

Contest Details
The TCC program is a recruiting process to find accomplished business professionals that wish to become financial advisors. Currently candidate data is entered into Excel based trackers. The goal is utilize an Access database so multiple team members can update information in a central repository. The new application should be able to generate reports, but it is open to ideas in this contest, Excel is definitely an option.

TCC Access Database Wireframe Requirements:
General
- Your wirefame solutions must useful. So, it can save a web designer so much time and energy!. All pages/elements must linked each others. Show us correct flow.
- The application will be build as website application.
- Your wireframe must represents all pages and flows from TCC_Access_Database_ARS.doc. You should use that as a guide, but if there is better way to display information, feel free to reflected on your wireframe design.
- Also please check Access Database.ppt as reference of client expected result on some pages.
- Sample data (Sample Data.zip) provided need added on your wirefame pages.
- Feel free to suggest any idea to leverage User Experience of the application

Home Screen
- No login/logout or account management is needed for regular users.
- The template has a heading part, left main menu, main middle/center area, and a footer.
- fyi: No need BM activity report page on the wireframe submission.
- The application will display the main menu with options to quickly open the related parts of the application.The main menu are:

1. Manage Candidate Data
- The application will display the page able table with the list of all the existing Candidate Data Records in the system.
- Match table content like stated on page 9.
- Table content will be wide, how your wireframe accomodate that? This jquery plugins can be use as reference for wide tables.
- Use zebra strip/alternative background for table row
- Need total numbers of rows, count of rows, pagination.
- User can do search records on candidate data. Follow search criteria on page 13.
- There will be option to delete row.
- Need confirmation modal on delete row. User can cancel the removal.
- The application will display the panel for creating an entity.
- The application will display the new panel for updating an entity.
- The user can freely enter/edit fields, which are editable.
- The user can cancel data of the entity by pressing “Cancel” or “X” button.
- The application will automatically validate all the user input for all the required fields
- Display Validation Error
- How save data looks?

2. Manage Lead Advisor Data
- The application will display the page able table with the list of all the existing Lead Advisor Data Records in the system.
- Match table content like stated on page 15.
- User can do search records on candidate data. Follow search criteria on page 19.
- Basically this page is have similar layout functionality flow like Manage Candidate Data. Make sure they all consistent.

3. Manage Hiring Data
- The application will display the page able table with the list of all the existing Hiring Data Records in the system.
- Match table content like stated on page 21.
- User can do search records on candidate data. Follow search criteria on page 26.
- Basically this page is have similar layout functionality flow like Manage Candidate Data. Make sure they all consistent.

4. Manage Appointment Data
- The application will display the page able table with the list of all the existing Appointment Data Records in the system.
- Match table content like stated on page 28.
- Basically this page is have similar layout functionality flow like Manage Candidate Data. Make sure they all consistent.

5. Manage Referral Bonus Data
- The application will display the page able table with the list of all the existing Referral Bonus Data Records in the system.
- Match table content like stated on page 34.
- User can do search records on candidate data. Follow search criteria on page 38.
- Basically this page is have similar layout functionality flow like Manage Candidate Data. Make sure they all consistent.

6. Manage Exceptions Data
- The application will display the page able table with the list of all the existing Exceptions Data Records in the system.
- Match table content like stated on page 40.
- User can do search records on candidate data. Follow search criteria on page 43.
- Basically this page is have similar layout functionality flow like Manage Candidate Data. Make sure they all consistent.

7. Manage Termination Data
- The application will display the page able table with the list of all the existing Termination Data Records in the system.
- Match table content like stated on page 46.
- User can do search records on candidate data. Follow search criteria on page 49.
- Basically this page is have similar layout functionality flow like Manage Candidate Data. Make sure they all consistent.

8. Manage Program Administration Data
- The application will display the page able table with the list of all the existing Program Administration Data Records in the system.
- Match table content like stated on page 51.
- User can do search records on candidate data. Follow search criteria on page 55.
- Basically this page is have similar layout functionality flow like Manage Candidate Data. Make sure they all consistent.

9. Get Recruiting Efforts Reports
- There will be several types of dashboard reports in the application:
-- Summary
-- Corporate Recruiting
-- Field Recruiting
-- Lead Advisor Readiness
- The user can choose one of the above reports.
- The application will display the report records according to the report type.
- Match table content like stated on page 60. - No search functionality on this page
- There will be feature to print and export file as excel format

10. Get Dashboard Reports

- There will be several types of dashboard reports in the application:
-- Activity Summary
-- Quarter Hires
-- Program Roster
-- Production Detail
-- Bonus Information
- The user can choose one of the above reports.
- The application will display the report records according to the type.
- Match table content like stated on page 63. - No search functionality on this page
- There will be feature to print and export file as excel format

- Completeness and accuracy of the wireframe as defined in the attached requirements.
- How well your wireframes provide a consistent user flow
- How well you implement the required data and any suggestions, interactions and user flow you recommend (provide any notes or comments for the client)

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Wireframes should be built in HTML or Axure. The resulting files are not critical in this contest. The most important point is that all the content is listed and the pages are linked together to show page flow. Keep your source files out from this submission folder.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted ideas. If you would like to submit notes please include notes.txt file.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify content or user click paths.

You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.
