At the end of this contest, we are looking for clean, professional and great user experience of new storyboard.

Round 1

You need to submit all required pages.

Round 2

Project Overview

Sphinx is an alias of Seagate's project that its goal is redesigning 4 screens of their website. All these screens is an input form for their customer to submit case (issue) their encountered when using Seagate's product or services. The existing screens looks very busy, we are looking to design these screens so it will look less busy and meet our current look as well as provide a best in class user experience to our customers that allows them to intuitively and easily submit case and request.

Primary Goals

We provide you a template that contain header and footer of our public site. Please use this template for your design solution. Following are all pages you need to design:

- New Customer. This is page for evaluation requests. We are looking for fresh and modern perspective and improving user experience but still capturing same information.

- Existing Customer. We would like to improve its user experience to make it more intuitive and easy for a person to input the relevant data without sacrificing what needs to be captured.

- Custom Landing Page. This page is same of the above page, but in this page we want a section to put brand of key partners, in this page we want to see a placeholder for partner logo and we are open for other ideas that might come from you.

- SafetyNet Submission Form. These customers have their own landing page with less fields than the Online Form.

All information in provided screen must be included in your submission, including left menu and upper thumbs for Existing Customer and Custom Landing page. Please name each page in your submission accordance to name of required page. You are recommended to create a note (file text) to explain your design solution in case you need it.

Design Consideration

- We are open to your ideas for the layout. Because many of the pages capturing lots of same information, we are thinking to consolidate them down some so that instead of having many pages to maintain there is some way to consolidate them and mainly capture the information based on the type of customer request. Please show your ideas how all of these page should be consolidated into a single page.

- All pages should inherit overall look and feel of current main website.

- We are looking for the new layout so all pages will look less busy despite there is lots of field.

Branding Guidelines

- Follow current our public site header and footer. Attached in contest document.

- Content width size is 960px.

- No specific font and colors required, but it should match with Seagate public website.

Target Audience

Seagate is an American technology company, one of the world's largest manufacturers of hard disk drives. All these screens is intended for their partners and end users that use Seagate products.
