Challenge Overview
TopCoder re-designed the main website (www.topcoder.com) and focusing on visitor conversions. (We want to make sure people are finding what they need to find). We would like to know how the new site is performing when compared with the old site, so we can measure the success of the new site against the detailed performance of the old site. The output of this contest will be a baseline analysis of our Google Analytics.
We are opening up our Google Analytics and giving you access and this contest is all about you telling us what we should be measuring, testing against and re-measuring. Are you up for this creative and analytical challenge!?
