Challenge Overview
The UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) is a standalone Component with in GCMS (Global Contract Management System) application to handle the US Uniform Commercial Code filing process. UCC Application provides the necessary data to vendor for Filing.UCC Application is responsible for sending and receiving input and output in the form of xml. UCC Application also maintains a database. UCC will call vendor through RESTful web service.
This competition is to develop UCC Webservice Client, which calls vendor through RESTful Web Service for initial UCC filing and termination requests
