Challenge Summary

We need your help to quickly restyle a PowerPoint presentation! Keep the existing content and replace the TopCoder branding with the client's branding, then enhance the styling of the tables and bullet points. There's also one new slide that we're asking you to make using text that we provide.

Style requirements

Attached to this page is a PowerPoint presentation that describes the outcome of a pair of contests that we recently ran for the Big Data Challenge. This presentation will be delivered to our client, the Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation (CoECI). The current document uses the default TopCoder presentation style. We're asking you to restyle the presentation so that it incorporates the client's branding, as follows:

  • remove the TopCoder logo and the current background styling
  • add the blue version of the CoECI banner to the first slide and at least the CoECI logo to the remaining slides (see the attached source files)
  • give the first slide a "splash" background reflecting the Big Data Challenge, which is about processing and understanding huge amounts of data
  • give the remaining slides a more subtle background that harmonizes with the Big Data Challenge and CoECI branding of the first slide
  • enhance the styling of the tables (currently on slides 6 and 7) and all bullet points

Your styling changes can include colors, typography, and background images. This is a quick contest; feel free to do whatever makes sense within the time available.

New slide

We'd like to add one new slide between the current slides 6 and 7. The title of the new slide is "Judges' Comments". This slide should have a looser and more visual layout than the one that precedes it, "Judges' Scoring". Please refer to the attached file for the required text of the new slide.

  • text: show the title and the judges' comments for each of the top four submissions
  • design: use word clouds or any other interesting way of highlighting the comments

Target audience

The audience for the presentation is CoECI.

The best submission will be:
