Challenge Overview
We have the need to create radial menu system for mobile devices to allow for more comfortable user experience. I need a co-pilot that can drive both a HTML5+Javascript and/or iOS project to complete this. I need to know what the estimated cost would be for HTML5+JavaScript and a seperate cost for iOS. This will help in deciding which one is choosen first to complete. Please check the current contests and bugraces within TopCoder before you post your estimates. This is end of year and increases to cost after project approval will only delay contest approvals. So please do dilligence prior to submitting your proposed estimates.

Plan to run one wireframe contest to showcase the function features from the function specification, one architect contest, one assembly, and two bug races. No storyboards will be required for this contest.
