Challenge Overview
Current process is for people in need of support to call an 800 and then navigate through the call options using their keypads. Frequently they land at the wrong place after wasting time going through the voice prompts. Mobile application will allow the person to navigate to the most appropriate support place and then dial directly to that support.
Allow users to avoid using voice prompt system and go directly to the correct support organization. The mobile application will be given to a subset of our customers. They will navigate in the mobile app then direct dial.
