Challenge Overview
The iBAT Mexico (iBAT-MEX) is an IBM internal CDC warehouse. The iBAT Global Release G1.2 effort is to incorporate Mexico CDC with Brazil CDC into the POK production environment for IBM internal users only. IBM Buy Analysis Tool Global utilizes smart analytics services to provide sales forecasts and buy/sell recommendation to help IBM Global CDC warehouse managers and stake holders to optimize their sales and inventory.
This tool can be accessed using a standard web browser, where the users can view the weekly or daily sales, inventory status, product sales analysis, the buy/sell recommendations and other metrics for various IBM products.
The scope of this contest is to create a prototype based on the information given below. There are 4 pages: Home page, Data status page, Warehouse Management page and Contact us page.
IBM W3 Designs and Standards
The pages should follow IBM W3 Designs and Standards (The new style used in www.ibm.com) or an offline copy can be found at here.
It should render properly in different browsers. Following is a list of browsers to support

- Safari

Following are the documents/files are attached in the zip file
- RTVM_Mexico.xls – This document contains all the Business Requirements for iBAT Mexico.
- Mexico G 1.2_High Level Design Specification_v0.2.doc - This is the High Level Design document which has the high level solution for Web, DS and DB.
- The section 5.1 contains the snapshots of the existing application and the required modification that needs to be done on each page.
- The section 5.2 lists all the BRs related to web (reference to RTVM) and their high level solution.
- Brazil_HTML_pages.zip - There are pages saved from iBAT Brazil. But since dojo is used by the standard, there are many generated contents, so it is just for reference.
- WebContent.zip - These are the JSP pages that generates the HTML pages in Brazil_HTML_pages.zip, it is easy to extra the base elements to form the pages that can start from.
We are trying to setup a working environment in the meantime, hope it will help for your prototyping.
Final Submission Guidelines
Winner will be responsible for fixing page issues from client.
