Welcome to the TCO13 Main Site prototype contest! The goal of this contest is to create and build an HTML prototype for the TCO13 tournament website. Your design and layout must match the "look and feel" of the provided storyboard design while addressing the functionality detailed in this description. This website will be the face of TopCoder 2013 for the duration of the tournament.
Your Prototype must match the "look and feel" of the provided storyboard. All HTML and CSS should be standardized, validated and follow best practices. Images should be optimized for the web JPGs, GIFs and PNGs) and used appropriately.
