1. Project Overview

The client for this project has an existing system called the Apex Journal Facility. This application provides users with the ability to submit requests for changes to the Essbase application (Hyperion Essbase 9.3). The application also provides an approval and tracking process for the submitted journal requests.
The existing Journal Facility application is Notes based. The goal for this project is to create a new, web-based application to replace the existing, Notes-based Apex Journal Facility application. 

2. Competition Task Overview

 

2.1 Help, Roles, Report and Settings

This contest should take the existing code and UI Prototype to implement all Help, Roles, Report and Settings pages.

All pages start with Help/Roles/Report/Settings - of wireframe are in the scope and sub-pages are also in the scope.

Follow the wireframes if there is any inconsistent in input documents.

2.2 Fix Bugs

Note: many of them are simliar issues and easy to fix.

3. Submission Deliverables

• Source Code - Only changed files should be submitted. If you delete any files, please mention them in Readme file.
  • Each Component should be put in a separate folder.
• Deployment Guide
• Database Set Up and Test Data
• Configuration File
• Ant Build File
• Any other files to deploy and test the project
