Challenge Summary
Welcome to the NNS (NoNameSite.com) 2013 TechOlympics Infographic Contest. NNS is the product of DARPA CS-STEM project, an internet platform for helping middle school and high school students (13-18 year old demographic) develop an interest in the S.T.E.M. fields. The platform features contests, activities, prizes and web-based entertainment shows designed to get students engaged.
TechOlympics is a large event in which NNS will be a sponsor. During this event there will be an Idea Generation contest where NNS members can participate in.
For this contest, you are going to design three (3) page (1 infographic and 2 normal/standard storyboard) of the event's Idea Generation contest that will serve as its main Infographic page, a Contest Specification page, and a Contest Submission page.
Primary Goal & Design Considerations
The goal of this contest is to create a 3 page website for the Idea Generation contest containing an Infographic page, Specification page, and Submission page with the features outlined below.
Focus only on the content area of the storyboard, the header, footer, navigations, should be leave as it is. Place your design in the provided NNS page template.
Please note that the target audience are 13-18 year old demographic and make your infographic easy to read, and understand.
Requirements

Infographic page/home page
- This will be an infographic page with a content from the provided "home.docx"
- There should be a graphical image/link/button that will direct the user to the Contest Specification page
- It is important to keep in mind that this page can scale up (vector) to a poster size for print purpose. -
Contest Specification page
- This page will serve as the contest specification page
- You can get the content from the provided "spec.docx"
- There should be a link or button that will lead the user to the Submission page -
Contest Submission page
- This page will serve as the submission of entry page
- This page should include at least the following:- "How to Upload" instructions, with the following instructions:
1) Write out your idea and save it in one of the formats given below.
2) Add all the files of your submission into a "zip" file archive.
3) Provide a title and upload the "zip" file archive.
4) You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase.
All original source files of the submitted ideas, it can be PDF file, HTML file, Doc File or RTF file, with any supplemental graphics or photos as necessary. - Submission form with Title text field, File Upload field, and Submit button
- A table or list displaying all the submitted entry of the member with columns for Number, ID, and Title

- You will be judged on how you convey the game to easily and quickly learn how to play
- Cleanliness, Creativity, and Graphics Appeals
Submission & Source Files
Preview Image
Create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.
Submission File
Please upload PNG/JPEG images in a zip file with all requested contest requirements stated above.
Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and saved as layered PSD/AI files.
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics, images (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors.
