Project Overview:
Lycoming Engines is introducing the ability for Distributors or Original Equipment Manufacturers (collectively referred to as the “Customer”) to submit warranty claim forms via a web-based interface. This replaces the legacy processes including the use of paper forms. The data entered into the online forms will be saved to the Oracle EBS and be available for Warranty Administrators via the new Service Request form.

Primary Goal:
The goal of this contest is to design a storyboard for Lycoming - Warranty Claims Application. You will use the provided wireframe as input and follow the look and feel of the existing Lycoming new website (We provide the wireframe and the design source attached to this contest).
We need you to provide a better solution or ideas of how the application will be user friendly and easy to use. Please read the requirements below for the required screens for the application.

General Guidelines:
- Please read and explore the wireframe to help you better understand the application.
- Suggest us more better ideas and solutions! NO restrictions.
- Design icons or graphics to make your design stand out than others. All the graphics need to have the same feeling and look and feel on the entire storyboard.
- Please provide hover condition for buttons, links, or images in the storyboard to help us better understand in reviewing the storyboard.
- Provide any notes about your design or each elements to help us better understand the storyboard.
- Please remember, the wireframe we provided is not a fix layout or even the fix functionality. Suggest us your ideas to get the application built better. We are welcome to any ideas for functionality, popup, layout and theme or even screens for this website.
- Number your screens and put screen names in your submission file to help us easily reviewing.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Use the provided PSD design source in your design, we want to keep the header(containing the Lycoming Logo), the content area, and the footer as currently showed. Remove any other elements you think unnecessary. The more important thing is, the look and feel of your design must match the provided PSD.

Required pages:
1. Login page
- see Login.html
- Show us error condition upon login.

2. Forgot Password
- see forgot_pw.html
- show us an invalid email address input on this page
you may see this by entering "1234" as showed in the captcha area without entering the email

3. Enter New password
- see Enter_New_Pw.html
- show us the invalid case on this page. You may see this by following the same step as in the forgot password.

4. Customer dashboard
- see Customer.html
- Any ideas to restructure the layout of this page is welcome. We need to make sure the page is easy to use for customer.

5. User Profile
- see UserProfile.html

6. Help Page
- see Help.html

7. Create new warranty claim page
- see Create New Step in the wireframe (Step 1 - 4)
This is the important thing on this storyboard. If you see the wireframe, this step is being shown by a step by step wizard (Step 1, step 2, step 3 and so on).
Please DO NOT follow this in your design, INSTEAD, show us these 4 steps in one page layout. But keep the Note section at the bottom.
- So on this page, there will be only 1 Cancel Button, 1 Save Button, and 1 Next/Continue Button.
- Please show us the invalid condition for filling the data on each field, you may see this by click the Next button and choose invalid.
