Challenge Summary

Welcome to CSFV PowerPoint Presentation Contest. We are having a presentation by the beginning of the next week and we want to design professional looking PowerPoint slides to showcase the CSFV project. You will be creating graphics and slides for two PowerPoint presentations. We expect to have 25 slides at least, however must of the slide content will be place holders or dummy text.

This is urgent, we need help and it’s a tight deadline!!! Jump in now and clear your doubts in the forums if there’s any!

Round 1

For your R1 deliverables please submit all the requirements under “1) TCPresentation.pptx” (1.1 – 1.10) from the contest description section.

Note: we are aware of the challenge for the first round. We'll be very flexible if you miss some graphics, you'll be able to finish them later or just use something simple.

Round 2

Final design will contain all the requested slides plus any updates from client feedback.

The primary goal of this contest is to design the look and feel of two PowerPoint presentation slides. The content of these presentations are related to how TopCoder helped the development process in the CSFV project, a gaming website we’ve been working on in TopCoder. You must make use of good visual aids, icons and graphics design in order to generate a solid impression.

Branding and Guidelines
- The slides look must be professional and elegant. Icons and graphics you design must be very sharp, representing the feeling of the TopCoder website branding and colors.
- Use web-safe fonts for the pages content (editable). Declare your fonts according to the Studio font’s policies.
- Each graphic you design needs to be easy to resize in PowerPoint.
- Create a separate source file (PSD or AI) per any new icon or graphic you design.
- There are some slides that require showing some of the CSFV website screenshots or elements. There is CSFVKit.zip attached that contains some PSD source files with icons and elements you could reuse if you want to.
- Don’t use animations, keep it simple.

Presentation Requirements
There are two PowerPoint files attached for you to work with, TCPresentation.pptx and TCIntegration.pptx. Both presentations will share the same look and feel, including cover, header, footer, overall layout, text formatting, and so on.

1) TCPresentation.pptx
1.1) Slide #01 - Cover
Make the title enticing (maybe a fancy font). “Charles River Analytics” should be less prominent, secondary.

1.2) Slide #02 – Integration team
Nothing special, just add a nice text formatting.

1.3) Slide #03 – TopCoder Presentation
Agenda slide. We can keep it simple. Some icons might help, not mandatory though.

1.4) Slide #04 – Website First Release (Alpha)
We need to show the logo (CSFVLogo.zip) and ALL the storyboards screens here (CSFVStoryboards.zip, replace the logo into the storyboards logo placeholder).  However many slides it takes, but it needs to make sense from a presentation perspective, presented in a not so cluttered way.

1.5) Slide #05 – Website First Release (Alpha)
We need to create a graphic for this slide that shows the website development phases, how we created the website pages through TopCoder contests. The graphic must display:
Conceptualization (icon/graphic about thinking and specification) > Wireframes (icon/graphic about a wireframe page) > Storyboards (icon/graphic about storyboards design) > Assembly (icon/graphic about software development phase) and finally a screenshot of the site (with the fixed logo). This could be a sort of diagram or assembly linear graphic.

1.6) Slide #06 – API and Resource Allocator

Nothing special, just add a nice text formatting.

1.7) Slide #07 – Other Assets Produced
We need cool icons for each – basically we are just saying: “aside from the website and development environment, here are the other things we’ve developed over the past 6-7 months”.

1.8) Slide #08 - #10 – Global Contest Stats and Contests Involved
Add three slides with the graphics from TC_MemberStats.zip.

1.9) Slide #11 – Methodology and Contests Involved
We want to show our team structure, PM, copilots, members, contests, assets, from a graphical perspective so that we can show how we were able to generate the corresponding assets. In other words, a diagram that shows the most relevant contests we've run (per type, concept, storyboards, logo, assembly, etc) in CSFV project and also a way to link who was in charge of those contests. In details:
- Studio (Wireframes, UI, graphics) – mahestro
- Studio (logo) – fajar.mln
- Architecture, Specifications, Software development – elkhawajah
- Infrastructure evaluation, POC’s bug hunts – cyberjag
- Load testing – hello-c
- Security Analysis - vitta

1.10) Slide #12 - #13 – Milestones
Format the content and represent the timeline with a professional graphic or better designed table. Keep the same content as is. Mainly, the calendar, and the stricken out goals that we achieved in the past.

2) TCIntegration.pptx
2.1) Slide #01 – Cover
Same requirements as 1.1above.

2.2) Slide #02 – TopCoder Integration General Session

Nothing special, just add a nice text formatting.

2.3) Slide #03 - #10
Create titles only. Leave content in blank.

2.4) Slide #11 – Integration, API, DEV Environment
Nothing special, just add a nice text formatting.

2.5) Slide #12 – Topics that need further discussion
Nothing special, just add a nice text formatting.

*Notice there are some red texts in the provided PPT files. That color doesn’t mean anything; they shouldn’t be highlighted in your solution.
