Challenge Overview
The Management Association is dedicated to furthering the camaraderie, professional development and knowledge of management staff at the company. A non-profit organization, the MA creates opportunities for its members to meet and learn from co-workers and from leaders both inside and outside the company. Activities include networking events, training and cultural programs, and charitable and fund-raising efforts. The primary beneficiary of MA's fund-raising is the Scholarship Fund, which provides college tuition assistance to employees and eligible dependents.
The objective of the project is to develop a website or enhance the existing website to grow member participation and social collaboration amongst its members.
