Challenge Summary

Welcome to “Nessus - Internet Change of Address Responsive Storyboard Design Contest”. When a residence of United States moving a household, they need to fill the changes of address and inform their vendors, colleagues, pharmacy about their moves to the new address.  In this contest, we need your help to create a responsive storyboard design so they can create address notify list from internet using different devices such as PC, Netbook, tablet or mobile.

At the end of this contest, we are expecting a new, user friendly, enticing and more importantly, reponsive storyboard design to create address notify list on different devices such as PC, netbook,  tablet and mobile.

This project goal is to create a new application that one step further by giving our client user an ability to build  important list to notify their vendor, organization, pharmacy and anyone related to them about their moves to the new address.

In order to do that, we need your help to create a new responsive storyboard design to create the list via different devices such as PC, Tablet and Mobile.

Project Requirements
There are several screens needs to be creates in this contest, basically, we want to build Address Change Notify List which is a functionality in this apps where user need to create account and give additional information about their change address information to tells their vendor, organizations, etc about their moves to the new address. There are several steps in this functionality that needs to be create (check Address Notification Demo Slides 5.20.2013.pptx) :
a.    Create an organization, vendor, etc list that needs to be informed about user change address (slide 4)
b.    Choose any organization, vendor, etc from available list (slide 5).
c.    Create an Account and Fill change address information, Even though a user will be able to build their list without requiring upfront registration (step a and b aboves), once the user wants to save their list and start interacting, they must register. (slide 3)
d.    View status of change address notification, Please remember, the change of address information is NOT being sent to the organizations chosen in the list building tool. The list building tool only to helps a user create a thorough list and then, once the user has saved and registered, will display key contact info (phone and web site and biz hours where applicable) to the user in the form of a list. The user can use this list to contact the vendors directly and can use the interface to keep track of status and comment of that process. (slide 6).

Design Requirements :
1.    Keep the design clean.
3.    Focus on ease of use!
4.    Consider individuals with large fingers and design accordingly
5.    Use RGB color mode
6.    – Mobile width is 320px
       – Tablet width is 768px
       – Netbook width is 1024px
       – Desktop width is 1600px
9.    Pay attention to your font choices, please use web safe font when design the screen.

Target User
There are two target user for this new apps :
1) USPS visitors who have just completed a change of address form on USPS.com (90%) and
2) Direct guest, referral or search traffic to MyMove that have not yet changed their address with USPS.com

Judging Criteria
- How well the three view (desktop pc, netbook, tablet and mobile) match (see examples on http://mediaqueri.es/)
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
- Buttons/link sizes
- Ease of use

Submission & Source Files
Preview Image
Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your responsive designs within it.

Submission File
All requested contest requirements/screens as JPG or PNG files at 72dpi.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. You can create the design in illustrator or photoshop. However, our client's prefer the design to be created on PSD files.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. As part of final fixes you may be asked to fix or update your screens to meet any missed requirements, forum requirements or milestone requirements.

Stock Photography

Stock photography is not allowed in this challenge. All submitted elements must be designed solely by you. See this page for more details.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.
