Challenge Overview
Our Cloud Services Manager (CSM) provides a single web portal for users to design, organize and manage IT services across cloud environments in a way that is more meaningful for their business. Cloud Services Manager is built on the latest Microsoft technologies including Windows Server 2012 and System Center 2012. CSM connects to and is based on management pack customization of System Center Service Manager, Operations Manager, Orchestrator (Opalis) and Virtual Machine Manager. It also contains a custom catalog structure of configuration items and scale units and is extensible to support other cloud platforms such as VMware, Azure and AWS. CSM meets today’s private cloud capabilities while supporting customer adoption of a hybrid cloud future.
