Challenge Overview
We are looking for a co-pilot to help us create a mobile customer loyalty gamification experience. We are initially looking for some creative ideas on how to accomplish some specific goals of connecting with our consumer base through gamification and customer loyalty.
The idea is formed around an interactive mobile application that would engage consumers to participate in a rewards / incentives program. Ideas include use of GPS, social media, promotional tie-ins, and helping turn a percieved "chore" into a game with rewards.
