Challenge Summary
The 2013 TopCoder Open is the premier event of the year. This contest is to help create a professionally, clean designed certificate that will be given to the TCO13 finalists. Everyone who makes it to the onsite finals, will be rewarded with this certificate.

Submit your initial design for review.

Submit your final design for review, incorporating checkpoint feedback.
Contest Details
The goal of this contest is to design the certificate that will be handed out to the finalists of the TCO13. We would like this certificate to convey a sense of accomplishment, be something the participants will feel good about, and truly embody the spirit of the TCO13.
Certificate Design Requirements
The elements items you will need on the certificate are:
- TCO13 logo
- Name of winner
- Handle of winner
- Accomplishment, for now use: 2013 TopCoder Open Marathon Finalist
- Competition name
- TopCoder Logo
- Jack Hughes name and signature line
Design Notes:
- Use Landscape format for your certificate design - 11.5" x 8" finished size. You can use the attached TCO13_Certificate.eps as template.
- The only logos to be used are the TCO13 logo and the TopCoder logo.
- Use provided TCO13_certificate.eps as template of TCO13 Certificate Design.
- For this year we need to add 5 spots for sponsor logo. Put placeholders for the logos.
- This certificate will be printed in house, so please stay away from designs with heavy gradients.
- Make sure the design is clean cut, professional, and simple.

Colors:
Colors are open to the designer but should complement the main colors for the TCO13.
Fonts:
Fonts are open to the designer with the exception of the Bank Gothic font. Please be aware of font delivery requirements.
Target Audience:
TCO13 finalists.
Judging Criteria
- Uniqueness and Originality
- Creativity - How well the design displays the integrity and excitement of the TCO13.
- Quality - The quality of the graphics as well as following the provided guidelines

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place your submissions within it.
Contest Deliverables
Submission File
All requested Contest Deliverables in JPG or PNG file format in RGB color mode at 72dpi.
Source Files
All original source VECTOR files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and saved as layered AI, EPS, PSD, INDD, or high quality PDF file with 300dpi resolution.
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify colors or fonts.
