Challenge Summary
Welcome to "EPA Android App - Mobile Wireframes Design Contest".
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has asked TopCoder to build an Android app that will inform local and federal policy makers about the proliferation of a type of water pollution called cyanobacteria. Further details about the project can be found at: http://www.topcoder.com/epa/
