Here are the slides requirements needs to be create in this contest :

1.    Title Slide, Make sure the following content appear in your slide :
a.    The presentation title, “5 Traits of Effective Leaders and Doers in Open Innovation”.
b.    The subtitle for the presentation, “How to spot the right internal team members and succeed in Open Innovation & Crowdsourcing”.
c.    Please feel free to create what images/artwork that perfectly visualize the presentation topic and put it in the slide.

2.    Willing to Make the decision Slide, here is the slides design / interaction that needs to be create :
a.    In this slide We’d like to see a “user” with 2 choices in front of them (maybe a mobile phone app, but the two choices show very different colors – something obvious that they are different solutions)
b.    Then as the slide animates – 2 choices, expands to 6 choices (so more arrows are shown, and more possible solutions with different looks are shown to the viewer)
c.    Then – icons for each point below come up one by one with the following text :
     i.    Has decision authority – can make the call!
ii.    Understands business goals and vision
     iii.    Can iterate rapidly
     iv.    Can make decisions quickly

3.    An Exceptional Listener! Slide, Create slide design/interaction for the following requirements:
a.    In this slide, We’d like to see a user who is “open” to new opportunities, and is “hearing” ideas, business goals, objections, suggestions from all angles. The user is hearing information and suggestions from the business (both C-Level and their internal team), from the community, from the copilot.
b.    Then – icons to pair with the following text:
     i.    Hunter mentality – using listening skills to find great new business opportunities
ii.    Provider – anticipate and provide domain knowledge to the community
iii.    Judge – hear and weigh community suggestions with an open mind

4.    Sees Failure as an Opportunity! Slide, The slide design/interaction needs to be create can be found below:
a.    In this slide, we’d like to see a user (keep in mind, users should be male, female, all races, - plz not just white males!!!) – re-applying an idea, or shown taking something that failed and learning from the experience – think “Edison” his famous quote, “I didn’t fail, I just figured out 10,000 ways to not make a lightbulb.” J - I want to capture that feeling of learning from experimentation in this graphic.
b.    Icons to pair with the following text :
     i.    Unafraid to fail – position must be supported this way!
ii.    Ability to parse – even failed contests have gems within them
iii.    Learn – Must be able to quickly understand why something failed, correct course
iv.    Encouraged, not discouraged by small failures

5.    Inherently Humble – The Ultimate Team Player Slide, The slide design/interaction needs to be create can be found below:
a.    In this slide we’d like to show the “user” as small, and the team surrounding him as much bigger, “getting the glory”, put up on a pedestal – In fact, a graphic of the user, putting various teams up on a pedestal so the praise can go to them might work – the “teams” being uplifted should include – the TopCoder community, the user’s internal “team”, the user’s C-Level leadership team, the internal “domain experts” who helped nail a project.
b.    Icons that go allowing with the following text:
     i.    Genuine want for others to succeed
ii.    Comfortable “Letting go” of the doing
iii.    Focused on business goals – not who gets credit, but what is being created

6.    Level-Headed Leadership Slide, The slide design/interaction needs to be create can be found below:
a.    In this slide we’d like to see a “user” who is calm and helping to solve problems without being frantic or “out of sorts” … Maybe “things” around them can be hectic looking (red and orange colors and flashes!) but he/she is calm, composed (blue, cool colors) – the surroundings could be things like “digital bugs” or “Project delays” represented graphically, and again the user making calm, rational decisions to help fix the problems.
b.    Icons that go along with the following text :
     i.    The sky isn’t falling – remain calm and carry on
ii.    Proper issue escalation skills and communication!
iii.    Ability to change course rapidly, but smartly!
iv.    Not deterred by small delays, setbacks

7.    Thank you Slide, Contains of “Thank you” text, Topcoder website URL http://www.topcoder.com , Topcoder Blog http://www.topcoder.com/blog ,and Topcoder twitter @TopCoder in same design schemes like any other slides above.
