Challenge Summary

Welcome to the part 2 of Lenovo Brand Expression Portal Storyboard Contest. The purpose of this contest design the additional pages of Lenovo Brand Expression Portal to help define our future brand persona and upload concepts around how we reshape our PC+ era marketing. 

For this contest, you are going to design the storyboard of the additional pages of Lenovo Brand Expression Potal. 

Round 1

1) Initial submission design of the following pages with all their features mentioned in the Requirement section. 
- Current Competitions
- Shortlist Selection
- Grand Winner Selection
- Blog
- Create Blog Post
2) Any note for the client about your submission
3) Number your submission (01, 02, 03, etc...) for easy client's review

Round 2

1) Final submission design with all the pages and their features mentioned in the Requirement section, plus any checkpoint update.

Primary Goal & Design Considerations
The primary goal of this contest is to design the pages of Lenovo Brand Expression Portal. We already have initial design but we need to cover all the pages defined in the provided wireframe and on additional notes outlined in the requirements section. 

Requirements
Design the following pages based on the provided wireframes (HTML and images) and storyboard with their specific requirements. 

Current and Pass Competitions
- see "Home (Logged In) > Competitions" for details and reference
- design the 2 tab content/pages    

Shortlist Selection
- see "Home (Lenovo Employee) > Competitions (Lenovo Employee) > Submissions - Shortlist (Lenovo Employee)" for reference and guide
- basically this page will list all the entries within a particular region (e.g. USA)
- user will then select multiple entries that will be marked as shortlist selection 

Top 5 Selection
- see "Home (Lenovo Employee) > Competitions (Lenovo Employee) > Submissions - Top 5 (Lenovo Employee)" for reference and guide
- selected shortlist entries will get listed here
- the purpose of this page is for the user to have a way to select top 5 entries per region 

Regional Winner Selection
- see "Home (Lenovo Employee) > Competitions (Lenovo Employee) > Submissions - Regional Winner (Lenovo Employee)" for reference and guide
- Top 5 selection winners per region will get listed here
- this page will allow user to select a winner per region 

Grand Winner Selection
- see "Home (Lenovo Employee) > Competitions (Lenovo Employee) > Submissions - Grand Winner (Lenovo Employee)" for reference and guide
- each winner from the 4 different region will get listed here
- this page will allow user to select the grand winner 

Blog

- see 07_blog.png from the storyboard for style reference
- for this page, a user should be able to trigger the Create New Post and Edit Post
- this page also allows the user to delete a post 

Create Blog Post

- this page will let the user to create a new blog post 

Branding Guidelines
- Maintain the look and feel of the provided PSDs
- Header and Footer elements should remain consistent amongst all pages 

Target Audience
- Creatives and Art schools, Prosumers, Net-Gen college student 

Judging Criteria
- Adhere to Lenovo branding based on the provided storyboard
- Cleanliness, Creativity, and Graphics Appeals 

Submission & Source Files
Preview Image
Create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Please upload PNG/JPEG images in a zip file with all requested contest requirements stated above.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and saved as layered PSD/AI files. 

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics, images (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. 

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

Stock Photography

Stock photography is not allowed in this challenge. All submitted elements must be designed solely by you. See this page for more details.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

Fonts, Stock Photos, and Icons:

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.

Screening:

All submissions are screened for eligibility before the challenge holder picks winners. Don't let your hard work go to waste. Learn more about how to  pass screening.
