Challenge Overview
The Mobile Application for Technical Support was implemented by IBM for Field Force Automation (FFA). This is a server-client application used by field support personal in EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa). It is also used in AP region (Asia-Pacific) under the MCA name.
The application's interface has already been built. A bug hunt contest has identified a number of typos and presentation related problems. These issues are minor can be quickly fixed by an experienced UI competitor.
Pleasen submit a brief document explaining the fix and the place in which the fix was performed for the functional bugs that are not typos related (the first list). UI bugs can be general and can affect multiple screens.
Finding out and fixing these places will make your submission stand out.
