Challenge Overview
Mnemosyne is looking to build a windows based/web application in a multi-phased approach (Phase 2 will include a multi-platform mobile app). The Service Request Form application will be a simple, step-by-step, forms-based application. The user will be guided into creating a ‘Service Request (SR)’ that will comprise of various forms that the user has filled out based on the SR scope and related services and activities. When the user has finished creating the SR set, the user should be able to submit this entire set via email to the Service Center for review and any corrections/updates. The application will also allow the user to save this output as a PDF document.
This is a critical sales tool that will be used to book ALL services for the client.
