Challenge Summary

For this contest, you will be designing the TCO13 Member introduction screens with a member photo for the 2013 TopCoder Open. At the TCO13 finals, TopCoder introduces each finalist before they compete. They stand on a stage and behind them we project a large slide on a big powerpoint screen wth their member photo and a few stats. The task is to design a template that can frame these member photos, and visually indicate important information about them.

Round 1

Submit your initial design for checkpoint review.

Round 2

Submit your final design for final review, after incorporating the checkpoint feedback.

For this contest you will be creating the design for the finalists intro screens that will be displayed at the TCO13 when the members are announced. This is a big moment for members and a great opportunity to see your designs up on the big screen. You will need to design your screens in such a way that the photo or any important information should not be centred, due to the bezel of the TV screens. You can see examples of how the screens will look here:

Contest Requirements
- The screen template must be created at this size: 3840 x 2160 px.
Please see the photos to understand how the screen will be rendered, and place your information accordingly.

The following information needs to be displayed:
- Competitor handle
- Competitor Name
- Country
- Track they are in (Studio, Algorithm, Marathon etc)

You need to design this in such a way that it does not take too much space away from the photo, while still effectively displaying this information. You can use the attached photo as a placeholder image. Remember that the photo is the most important part of the screen, so your design should be minimal.
