The primary goal of this contest is to create HTML wireframes for a web application. The application will process industry service requests such as hardware, software applications and other types of services.

Notice there is no conceptualization document on this contest. You are provided with features descriptions and macro forms created in MS Excel we currently use as our “application”. The purpose of this project is to replace these sheets with a web application.

General Requirements
- Produce HTML clickthrough wireframes that can be used to demonstrate all mentioned functionalities as required in each round.
- The design should be simple and easy to understand. Avoid over populating spaces with too many form elements.
- Develop as many pages/elements you need to complete all the requirements.
- There are guidelines for the look of this application (UI_Specs.zip). See attached a sample app and documentation related to the UI content of this app. ECUEv3.pdf is focused on look mostly but it has good guidance regarding to layout, forms and UI components which would be good to use on wireframes.

Wireframes Requirements
Build the following features based on “Functional Requirements” section from ServiceQuoteApp_Request.pdf; you are encouraged to read the full documentation though.

There are Excel forms you will convert into a web app, ServicesRequestTool_Form.xlsm (See 5 sheets, Start, Infrastructure, Unified, BC and Mainframe).
This is a Macro-enabled Excel spreadsheet. It contains all the table and configuration data used during generation of the email to the service request bureau. It is the tool being used today and therefore the business logic on what data is gathered depending on what products / services are selected is still valid and will be used as the basis for this new tool.

Additionally, you need to go through SRF Application v1 0 Workflow scrub.docx to have a better understanding of the workflow of the application, it’s not mandatory but it’s recommended for you to learn how it works currently.

1) User profile
2) Service Request Information
3) Project Information
4) Customer Information
5) Customer Contact
6) Customer Site
7) Service Request Scope
- Here we select the categories they wish to scope.
- The Service Request Scope is related to the "Service to Be Scoped" sections of the individual tabs in the spreadsheet. The start tab of the Excel file is where the user chooses the hardware, software, etc; categories they are interested in. Once they have chosen a category other tabs are activated and the user will fill out the scope on each of these tabs.
8) Services / Activities
- This is where the meat of the individual forms for the selected categories is filled out and include services scope and activity information
9) Help
- Create a useful navigable help section with topics and details.

Target Audience
Our users are highly specialized technical users.

Judging Criteria
- User experience.
- Completeness and accuracy of the wireframes as defined in the attached requirements.
- How well the wireframe incorporates the logic in the excel document.

Submission File
All requested contest requirements/screens as clickable HTML files unless otherwise stated in the contest details.

Source Files
Wireframes should be built in Axure. The resulting files should have generated HTML files. Also, all the content must be listed and the pages are linked together to show page flow.

Preview Image
Create a 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode and place a screenshot from your submission within it.

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.
