Project Overview
The Service Request Tool desktop/web application will be a simple, step-by-step, forms-based application. The user will be guided into creating a ‘Service Request (SR)’ that will comprise of various forms that the user has filled out based on the SR scope and related services and activities. When the user has finished creating the SR set, the user should be able to submit this entire set via email to the Service center for review and any corrections/updates. The application will also allow the user to save this output as a PDF document.

Currently the client uses an Excel sheet to do the work (provided in contest forum), and the purpose of this project is to replace the Excel sheets with a web application. For this module, only these 5 tabs are in scope: Start, Infrastructure, Unified, BC, and Mainframe.

Assemblies
Since the scope of the module is relatively small, we don't want more than 2 assemblies.
Also make sure you provide enough details for assembly contests.
Deployment
This application will be deployed as a self-contained HTML5 web application to the users' computers. We'll use jetty as the application server. Make sure your architectur supports this.
Open Source Library
Usage of open source libraries should be approved in contest forum if not listed below.
Please note it's a requirement to use Jetty and H2 database.

- TCUML containing interface/class definitions, assembly diagram, sequence diagrams, etc.

- Assembly Specifications (NO COMPONENTS)
- Must provide sufficient details because this project is assembly direct

For each member, the final submission should be uploaded to the Online Review Tool.
