Currently the provided presentation (Argument for Cloud – Oct 2013) is not consistent with other Appirio presentations, so we are looking for Design Studio to quickly clean up/make this presentation first class (the best!) with all the other presentations. We have attached additional internal presentation references to help you. Focus on the items we are looking for and making the overall presentation sharp and well organized.

Required Changes:
Argument for Cloud – Oct 2013 is the presentation to be redesigned. Following are the changes to be done to the presentation:

General Changes (All Slides):
- Follow the layouts, Page titles and formatting from the attached references. (look to make things consistent)
- Follow the font styles and colors from the references.
- Use your skills to organize the slide contents within each of the slide by making proper use of white space; we are looking for better ideas and solutions here.
- Feel free to create graphics/icons wherever you think it’s necessary (Please see below for more information on this).
- Images (screenshots) need to be consistent, they should have proper resolution – so they are clearly visible.
- Animations: We need to make sure animations are consistent across all slides.  Do not change the content or order of the current animations.  Feel free to improve the images / fonts used in the animations.

UPDATE: IMPORTANT
- For all Logo Placeholders, please use PPT picture placeholders/boxes - so we can replace it with the exact logo later.
- For all Stockart Placeholders, please find/use better stock art in place of the existing (make sure it matches the content/theme etc...) and make sure to declare them while submitting. We are hoping to have better/sharper/more impressive images and graphics

Slide 1:
- Please use a "stock art" as a full-width background, please make sure they are less pixelated (Image should be based on the quote).
- We need to make sure this page is using the full width and height of the slide.
- The "Quote" shown needs to be designed/presented in a better way – looking for your ideas here

Slide 5, 6, 27, 28, 29, 34:
- We are looking to redesign the graphics shown in these slides, please come up with better illustration of these images.

Slide 7:
- Please use a better stock art here and make sure that allows us to use a logo on it (do not use the logo provided instead use a logo placeholder that we can easily replace)
- Currently we think the logo doesn’t go well with the main layout background.
- Shows us your ideas here – also look into the references to make sure it’s consistent.

Slide 8, 9, 25, 46, 47, 48:
- For all Logo Placeholders, please use PPT picture placeholders/boxes - so we can easily replace it with the exact logo.
Please have a background color such that it allows any type of colored logo to be placed on them.
- Suggest a perfect size for these logo placeholder - so we convey the message well.

Slide 10:
- For all Logo Placeholders, please use PPT picture placeholders/boxes - so we can easily replace it with the exact logo.
- Please have a background color such that it allows any type of colored logo to be placed on them.

Slide 2, 12-23, 36-43, 45, 46 and 50:
- Images (screenshots) in these slides have a border which is not consistent, please follow the references to make sure it is consistent with them.
- Please make sure images (screenshots) have the correct resolution – so that they are clear and visible.

Slide 25 & 26:
- Do you think these are in line with the other references? Please make sure to see if they are following the same styles etc...

Slide 30 & 51:
- The background doesn’t clearly show the Appirio logo (you can use Appirio logo) or the footer information. Please use an appropriate background to make it clearly visible (please follow the reference).

Slides 32 & 33:
- Graphs in these slides are not really good, please come up with your graphs which need to be professional enough to convey the statistics.
