Challenge Summary

Welcome to the Hestia Customer Pyramid Infographic Design ContestThe goal of this contest is to create an infographic that will (internally) help explain our customer grouping and provide information/data insights into their persona's by using a Pyramid visualization. We just designed our "Anonymous Customer Infographic" and would like this new Customer Pyramid graphic to work within the same presentation.

Round 1

Checkpoint infographic design for a review.
- We are looking for your treatment of the pyramid and how to break the information down
- Use slide format 1024x768 to present your solution

Round 2

Your final infographic design for a review.
- Your final presentation graphics
- Any feedback/updates from the Checkpoint

Contest Details
This contest is focused on creating an infographic that explains (internally) the different Hestia customers using a Pyramid visualization. This will primarily be used within a powerpoint presentation (1024x768). The graphics need to be vector so they can be used within other graphic and infographic combinations.

- How should the Pyramid infographic look?
How should it be broken up or divided or layerd to show the different customer types?
- What should the icons/concepts portray to convey the different messages?
- We are looking for a visual solution - minimal usage of words!
- When a user views this in a presentation it should quickly make sense

Design Notes:
No istockphoto allowed in this contest. Use your own designs and illustrations.
- Make sure you listed all Fonts you used on your design to avoid failing screening.
- Color theme should be consistent with the provided/reference graphics.
- Title of infographic need prominent. Use 'Ferguson Customer Pyramid' for the title.
- For the Checkpoint show us your concepts, ideas and illustrations - so we can provide you feedback and art direction.

Customer Pyramid Infographic:
See attached "CustomerPyramid.docx file for reference
- Include usage of the persona's in the graphic (name plus images for their faces)
- Left: The left column (details about the customers types) are the words that need to go into the imagery your creating
- Bottom:
The Notes section are concepts that need to be expressed but don't need the words in the infographic

Pyramid represents market size and profit margin
Bottom = More market and profit
-- More orders are generated by this group
-- Average order spend is less
-- Profit margin is high

Top = Less market and profit at top
-- Average order has multiple line items per order
-- Fewer orders are generated by this group
-- Discounted pricing means that the profit margin is lower
