Challenge Overview
Welcome to the TCO14 Responsive WordPress Theme Build Prototype Contest! The goal of this contest is to re-skin the provided draft TCO14 WordPress theme with the provided storyboard. This website will be the face of TopCoder for the duration of the tournament.
We already have a functional TCO14 wordpress theme, this contest is focused on applying the storyboard design to this theme in which they are patterned. Pages and Templates should be built according to the WordPress template heirarchy
