FAST!!! Mobile Global HR Regulations Concepts Design Contest

Contest Description
This mobile application will be used within a company for Human Resource (HR) team to quickly view, edit or enter in new information about country specific Human Resource regulations. We want to be able to make information on country specific HR regulations easy to access and very robust. It will be a tool that contains all the country specific informationso consultants can access it anytime anywhere.

Design Concept Goals: 
- The mobile application should be branded using this brand and colors (branding link)
- How should this application look?
- Suggest user screen flows and navigation
- What features can help a user navigate "countries" HR regulations?
- What tools would a user needs in this application?
- How quickly could you find information?
- Use current "flat design" techniques and iOS7 influence
- We want this to be MODERN application design!!

Use the 320 x 480px (Standard sizes) for submission format. Make sure you create graphic in 'shape' format, so when resize for retina versions, graphic still look sharp! It will be great if you can provide the landscape version.

Mobile Application Features:
This mobile application is basically a mobile database of different countires HR regulations. When a global company needs to hire more employees they need to know the different regulations that they need to manage.
- User will need to login
- User should be able to search
- User should be able to select a country
- User should be able to see country specific regulation information (see "View HR Policies" below for more information)
- User should be able to quickly update the information (if its outdated)
- User should be able to quickly add new information (assume they are talking to a client and can quickly add in that countries HR information)
- Overall focus is the ability to quickly intake information and also find information
- What additional tools might be useful? GPS - the ability to quickly select the country you are in? What other tools might be useful within this application?

Select a Country:
- Shows the ability to select a Country. A user would need to select a Country to view/edit HR policies specific to that country.

View HR Policies:
- This Screen should allow the user to see the Country specific HR regulation information (Please see the attached policy documents to get an idea on the information to be displayed). You only need to show an example of one country's HR information.

Edit HR policies:
- This screen should allow the user the ability to update the information.

Create HR policies:
- This screen should allow the user the ability to create the information.

Contest Requirements
1) Explore the provided company and brand - the application needs to look good!
2) Create design concepts based on the provided user experience and goals
3) ���What additional featuers might be useful?
- How can the functions and navigation be optimized? 
- How should things be grouped to keep the experience useful and simple

IMPORTANT
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance

- Internal Human Resource teams

Judging Criteria
- How well you plan the user experience and capture your ideas visually
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design
- Your design should possible to build and make sense as a mobile application

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop and saved as layered PSD file.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors.
