Challenge Summary

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has asked to develop a simple iPhone app and reporting web application. These applications will be used to track and compile “transfers of value” (e.g. gift, meal, speaking fee) from industry manufacturers (e.g. pharmaceutical companies) to physicians. You can learn more about this app here http://www.topcoder.com/cms/open-payments-challenge/
The app user interface and  development is almost complete and now we are looking for a creative icon for this application. In this contest, we would like to get an icon designed for this Open payments application.

Round 2

In Round 2, you are required to make any changes client requests in Round 1 feedbacks.

We need the icon to fit pleasantly to our existing app design. We encourage you to explore the application screens (Open_payments_screens.zip) to learn more about our colors.

Requirements:
Icon must be submitted as VECTOR format source files and saved in CS4 format or earlier.

Judging Criteria:
Icons will be judged based on the following:
— Simplicity - Are the icons a good representation of the respective track?
— Concept - while the icons should be simple, we're looking for something sharp and "Professional"

Submission Files: All requested Contest Deliverables in PNG file format.
Source Files: All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in VECTOR with Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape and saved as layered AI or EPS files.
You may be asked to modify colors as part of final fixes.
