Challenge Overview

The Mobile Application for Technical Support (MATS) is a server-client application used by technical support employees to gather event information and to apply a given predefined action plan. The application will help support users manage and complete service request calls. 

This assembly will provides password change functionality with additional data encryption and various validation changes.

Note: this is a html/js application. No deployment or vm are required to complete this contest!

Final Submission Guidelines

MATS is a html 5 application designed to be used from mobile devices.

The scope of this Bug Hunt is to locate any logical bugs in the assembly code base.

We are looking for problems with the was the data is stored, the password is changed and possible security breaches for example due to code injection or cross site scripting. These types of bugs will be worth 5-10 points depending on their impact on functionality.

Minor cosmetic and rendering related bugs will be worth about 1 point if they are accepted.

The main focus is thus on functionality.
