Challenge Overview
With the attached sample.xml we need the xsl-fo template that will convert this into a format that matches the attached sample.pdf. ��The Appirio logo is really just a place holder at this point but as you can see we need a page header/footer. The header should be consistent across multiple pdf pages and the footer should have the Appirio tag line and the page number as showed on the attached sample.

We are not asking you to write any java. ��We already have that... we simply need the xsl-fo template for us to run the Apache FOP processor.
